Prior to joining ConopCo, Mitch held various positions with Cushman & Wakefield, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Carr America where he has collected a building management portfolio of over 2.7 million square feet. His building experience includes the maintenance and operation management of Class A office buildings as well as Tier 3 Data Center properties, and he is currently operating two buildings in the Prairie Stone Corporate Center amassing in 145,000 square feet. Along with the standard supervision of building operations, some of his responsibilities include the start up and maintenance of routine and preventative building system programs, safety and hazardous communication programs, fire pump and generator testing, as well as the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Mitch’s systems training and safety courses have been completed at the College of Lake County and Union Hall, and he is OSHA Safety Certified, ARC Flash Awareness Certified, and holds his Stationary Engineer License. |
