Her diverse portfolio of experience includes the management of office, industrial, flex and medical property. Lindsay’s key initiatives, in addition to maintaining strong relationship with tenants, include budget preparation, monthly reporting, lease abstracting, vendor RFP review, as well as building maintenance and implementation within budget guidelines. Prior to joining ConopCo, Lindsay was employed by IDI Services Group and Colliers International, both of which played a distinct role in her well-rounded property management career. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Western Illinois University and is currently working towards her RPA and FMA designations through BOMI. |
